Following the decision to close a food preparation establishment, Emphasis managed the redeployment or redundancy of all existing staff. This involved:

 

A review of existing terms and conditions of employment identifying opportunities for redeployment
Drafting consultation briefings and arranging one-to-one meetings
Conducting one-to-one consultations and following up on issues raised
Drafting redundancy letters and calculations
