Outline

 

Development of a competency framework to reflect company values and the needs of the business
Draft appraisal forms and supporting documentation
Design training programme to explain competency framework and appraisal process
Deliver training workshops to approximately 200 staff working across four regions including role plays
Providing one to one coaching to senior personnel
Piloting the new appraisal process
Collating and evaluating staff feedback post appraisal
Revising and finalising appraisal documentation
