Outline
| • | Development of a competency framework to reflect company values and the needs of the business |
| • | Draft appraisal forms and supporting documentation |
| • | Design training programme to explain competency framework and appraisal process |
| • | Deliver training workshops to approximately 200 staff working across four regions including role plays |
| • | Providing one to one coaching to senior personnel |
| • | Piloting the new appraisal process |
| • | Collating and evaluating staff feedback post appraisal |
| • | Revising and finalising appraisal documentation |
