Our offering includes both development centres and training workshops.
Development centres consist of a series of exercises which represent realistic business scenarios. Participants might be asked to work as a team or individually, or approach some exercises individually and some cooperatively. Development centres are used to evaluate performance and provide focussed feedback which can be used for personal development.
