Supporting NVQ Studies
Working with a national charity (senior care workers) to provide training for managing financial resources and supporting their studies towards a NVQ.
Emphasis Consulting designed and delivered a full programme, including:

| • | Budgeting method (top down versus bottom up) |
| • | A case study using the client’s own in-house materials, with the trainees working in teams of 2 or 3 |
| • | Debriefing on the case study in terms of assumptions, resource constraints, budgetary methods and target setting |
